Max Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Arc Corp ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Max, an AI-powered fitness application ("App").
By using Max, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Max may collect the following types of information:
Profile Data: information you provide during onboarding, such as your name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, body fat, muscle mass, goals, experience level, equipment, and additional details you choose to provide.
Activity and Progress Data: workout completions, daily step count, nutrition targets, training plan data, and progress history.
Data from the Apple Health app: with your explicit consent, Max may read weight, body composition, step count, and related fitness data from the Apple Health app.
Device Data: basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version.
Anonymous Usage Analytics: we use
third-party analytics toolsto collect anonymous analytics about how the App is used, such as which features are accessed and how often. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Geographic data is limited to city-level, derived from IP address, and IP addresses are not stored.Server Request Data: when Max sends data to our servers, that data may include your user profile, daily exercises, nutrition progress, and progress history in order to generate personalized insights and coaching.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Generate personalized workouts, nutrition plans, progress insights, and summaries.
Provide daily guidance messages and related App features.
Track your fitness trends over time.
Improve App functionality and user experience.
Maintain security and prevent misuse of the App.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Health and fitness data used in connection with Max is used only to provide, maintain, and improve Max's health and fitness features. We do not use or disclose health data for advertising, marketing, or data broker purposes.
Sharing of Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
With service providers, including OpenAI: data sent to our servers may be processed by service providers solely as needed to generate personalized coaching messages, summaries, and related App functionality.
With the Apple Health app: data flows from the Apple Health app to Max only with your consent. We do not write data back to the Apple Health app unless you separately grant permission for that functionality. Health data synced from Apple Health is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
With cloud, hosting, analytics, security, and similar providers: we may share limited information strictly as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Max.
For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Revenue Arc Corp, our users, or the public.
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Max is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any exercise, nutrition, or activity guidance provided through Max is for general wellness and informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes and should consult a qualified medical professional before making significant health, fitness, or nutrition changes.
Data Retention
Data stored locally remains on your device until deleted.
Data transmitted to our servers for AI processing may be retained temporarily in logs for debugging, security, and service improvement purposes.
Photos taken for nutrition estimation are transmitted to our servers for processing and are deleted immediately after analysis. No meal images are stored.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of your data.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.
However, no system is completely secure, and by using Max you acknowledge and accept that risk.
Your Choices
You can revoke Max's access to data from the Apple Health app at any time in the Health app or in iOS Settings.
You may disable notifications through your device settings.
You may delete the App to remove locally stored data from your device.
You may submit privacy-related questions or requests by emailing privacy@getmax.fit.
Children's Privacy
Max is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International Users
If you access Max outside the United States, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate, such as through the App. Continued use of Max after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
. Website Data and Do Not Track
When you visit our website, our hosting, security, and similar service providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and page-request data.
We do not use our website to track users across third-party websites for targeted advertising.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information through our website for their own cross-site advertising purposes, although service providers may process limited technical information as part of hosting, security, analytics, and site delivery.
