Welcome to Max, an AI-powered fitness application ("App") provided by Revenue Arc Corp ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Max, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").


If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Max.

  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Max provides fitness planning, tracking, and AI-driven insights.

The App is intended for informational and general wellness purposes only.

  1. Assumption of Risk / Not Medical Advice

  • Max is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Any exercise, nutrition, or activity guidance provided through Max involves inherent risk, and you assume all risks associated with your use of the App.

  • You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and outcomes.

  1. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.

  1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Max for personal purposes.

We may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause.

  1. User Content

  • By submitting content to Max, including data, goals, or other inputs, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.

  • You waive any claim to compensation or attribution related to that use.

  1. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • We may change pricing at any time with notice.

  • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

  1. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the App. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

  1. Disclaimers of Warranties

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and availability.

  • We do not guarantee any specific result from use of Max.

  1. . Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Arc Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, health-related consequences, or goodwill.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim relating to Max will not exceed the total amount you paid, if any, during the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • If applicable law limits part of this section, our liability will still be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenue Arc Corp and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Max at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without liability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Max after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

  1. . Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.

  • You agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, or representative action.

  • You waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
